Description

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Retail Supervisor manages daily store operations and merchandising activities to achieve sales performance. The individual should have good customer relationship skills and is able to multi-task amidst a dynamic working environment.

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, store layout and visual merchandising
  • Assist in planning and carrying out sales promotion activities to drive sales
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure display merchandise is not expired and in good condition for sale
  • Maintain product catalogue for merchandise
  • Execute customer order fulfillment, including management of in-store inventory
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage replenishment
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Participate in stock-take and audits
  • Cover retail assistant job duties when necessary
  • Assist Pharmacy Manager in looking into new business opportunities e.g. e-commerce
  • Participate in hospital-related activities (e.g. community projects, staff welfare, etc)
  • Perform other job-related duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Retail Studies, Marketing, Business or other related discipline
  • Relevant years of experience in retail roles
  • Those with experience in managing e-commerce business would have an added advantage
  • A team player with good customer service skills
  • Technology savvy and result-oriented
