REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail sales or supervisory roles within a pharmacy or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingualism is an asset.
• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is essential.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
