We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles, merchandising strategies, and pricing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions.
• Proficient in time management, organizational skills, and administrative tasks.
• Experience with payroll processes, budgeting, and bookkeeping is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote store initiatives is beneficial.
