What You’ll Do: As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, while committing to sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: Supervises and operates register operations efficiently. Supervises and assists associates and program participants. Maintains store presentation standards, e.g. organization, standardized classification, stock rotations, proper inventory levels, signage, and housekeeping. Maintains quality control standards, addresses and resolves problems, and ensures continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and schedules. Supervises and performs inventories, tallies, other forms of tracking as required for the retail environment. Assists GoodWorks staff with the implementation of work plans and guidelines as established for client programs, as assigned by the Store Manager. Perform simple mathematical calculations. Education and Experience High school diploma and two years recent retail supervisory or management experience. Exceptions may be made for upward career moves from within the organization. Basic proficiency in Word, Outlook Mail and Calendaring. Previous money and cash handling experience preferred.
