We’ve opened our second The Society Of Alchemists store this year and we are looking for a confident, retail focussed store Supervisor to join our amazing and magical team, delivering exceptional service and retail standards.
The contract is 16 hours per week (flexible over 7 trading days), with the opportunity to work additional hours throughout the busy trading calendar.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail supervisor or senior sales assistant wanting to take the next step onto their future store management career. We want someone who is customer service focused, passionate and supportive of their fellow team members. Commercially aware and hungry to succeed.

· Supervising shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager and providing maximum profitability.
· Human resources including basic standards training, assigning responsibilities and supervising performance.
· Delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance.
. Setting up for trade at the beginning of the day, receiving and merchandising deliveries, ensuring the store is clean and ready for trade, cashing up responsibilities.
· Adding additional touches of magic!
