EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks related to payroll, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize store performance.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements.
