REQUIREMENTS

· Maintain a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
· Previous experience in a comparable role, preferably in retail
· Proficiency in multitasking, delegating effectively, and ensuring follow-up
· Capability to offer stability and motivation to the team
· Must be able to assimilate new information and tasks swiftly
· Meet physical demands, such as lifting objects up to 30 pounds, extended periods of walking and standing, climbing, kneeling, and crouching
· High level of organization with meticulous attention to detail
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
· Excellent computer skills, including a thorough understanding of computer networks and proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Additional responsibilities as delegated
