We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our South Hedland team. This leadership role is responsible for supervising frontline staff, managing compliance systems, coordinating inventory and rostering, and ensuring excellent customer service.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role (retail or quick-service preferred).
• Strong knowledge of POS, rostering, and inventory systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to WHS, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

  Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee POS transactions, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage inventory and stock control using CrunchTime.
• Conduct weekly Safety Culture audits and enforce WHS/food safety compliance via Leadabord.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage timesheets using IWS.
• Train and onboard staff through ATLAS training platform.
• Monitor customer reviews and ensure complaints are addressed promptly.
• Support local marketing and promotions via the Zambrero Marketing Portal.
• Represent the store in community engagement activities (e.g., Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce & Industry).
