Description
Good understand of the Sales and inventory planning and Strong Supply Chain Management. Using the Budget sales and Buy as the allocation framework and review the inventory status of the stores. Implement measures so that each store will constantly have a healthy level of stock to meet their retail needs. Identify potential risks and highlight to the Management. Manage phased-out stock with stores Calculate and follow monthly stock positions to guarantee the right level of inventory, avoiding lost sales or overstock situations. Involved in the update of the Min and Max settings in system with store managers and propose adjustment where necessary.
