Job Overview As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
