FULL TIME LARBERT -37.5 HOURS

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Larbert.
In this role, you will help support our company-owned retail stores, working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, and other teams.
You will make sure stores get the help they need with everyday tasks.

• Provide the required day-to-day support to Retail COCO teams.
• Deliver required tasks as set by Team Leader Retail Support Team.
• Reports assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports as well as manual data entry.
• Product file maintenance including creating new, maintaining current within guidelines, processing supplier updates.
• Stock queries stemming from stock take discrepancy report and any invoice discrepancies incl accounts queries.
• Purchase orders & GRNs.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Check shared mailbox daily.
• Incoming & Outgoing Mail.
