As a Cozey Team Lead, you play a key role in supporting the visual appeal and daily operations of the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this hands-on position blends team coordination, customer experience, and operational excellence. You help drive store performance by leading by example, ensuring that daily standards are met, and that every customer interaction reflects Cozey’s brand values and commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Operations & Store Standards

  • Work closely with the Management team to execute opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure that store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising are always at Cozey standards.
  • Maintain backstore systems to ensure smooth product handoffs, accurate sample tracking, and efficient replenishment.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in daily operations and propose solutions.
  • Report on daily sales data to the management team when closing the store.
  • Work as a team to achieve sales and KPI goals.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Act as the go-to resource for ambassadors during shifts when the Supervisor is not present.
  • Help train new ambassadors and offer ongoing coaching and guidance to maintain performance.
  • Delegate and follow up on daily floor tasks when leading the shift
  • Maintain clear communication with the Supervisor and ensure store goals are being met collaboratively.
