JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to support the daily operations and sales performance of our retail store. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive results, maintain high standards of customer service, and foster a positive, performance-driven team environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for motivating and developing team members to reach their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in retail.
  • Wireless telecommunications industry experience is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software (e.g., RQ by iQmetrix).
  • Knowledge of inventory control, financial procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and remain results-focused.
  • A passion for customer service and team development.
