In partnership with store leadership, work alongside store associates providing daily direction, communication and training to execute daily action plans in accordance with Vera Bradley’s objectives and standards. Base Pay Range: $15.81 - $23.68 Starting Pay: $18.00 USD Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
