JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and product knowledge.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that arise.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
