As a Retail Team Member, you’ll be the face of frank green, delivering unforgettable in-store experiences that reflect our purpose, style, and energy. Whether you’re welcoming a first-time customer or helping someone personalise the perfect gift, you’ll play a key role in connecting people with products that are better for them and the planet.
This role is all about genuine customer connection, premium service, and attention to detail. You’ll work in one of our vibrant locations, either our iconic Chadstone flagship or our brand new Melbourne Central store, with opportunities to work across both.
We’re hiring for full-time, part-time, and casual roles, and all new team members will complete their initial training at Chadstone to ensure a consistent, best-in-class experience.
