Creative IT is looking for two new team members to join our shop, where they will assist customers, sell tech products, and support our repair team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a customer-facing position where you’ll assist customers, provide tech support, and help manage the store’s daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in selecting the best tech products (laptops, phones, accessories, etc.).
• Provide Level 1 support, helping customers with account issues, basic troubleshooting, and software setup.
• Perform initial assessments on laptops and PCs (training provided).
• Carry out occasional phone screen and battery replacements (most repairs are handled by the tech team).
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a great experience.
• Manage supplier returns and check in deliveries of stock.
• Perform device testing to ensure quality before resale.
