Base + commission Brava by One seeks a Retail-to-Business Sales Associate to drive transactional SMB sales through a blended model: door-to-door, retail, and pop-up/community events. This quota-carrying role focuses on FTTP migrations, Brava Bundles, and mobile, using CRM tools to manage leads, document orders, and route more complex opportunities to the appropriate team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Channel Coverage (Door-to-Door, Retail, Pop-Ups) * Sell Across Channels: Close transactional SMB (and as needed, consumer) sales through door-to-door activity, retail locations, and pop-up events. * Build & Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and follow up; log activity in CRM and maintain accurate orders/documentation for activation. * Retail & Pop-Ups: Deliver an engaging in-store/event experience, capture leads, and drive conversions. * Core Sales Focus: Drive FTTP migrations, Brava Bundles, and mobile activations; clearly communicate pricing, promotions, and value. * Escalate Complex Opportunities: Identify needs beyond transactional scope and route to the appropriate business sales resource; own the handoff and follow-through. * Targets & Readiness: Meet monthly goals and activity metrics; stay current on products, offers, and selling motions. Customer Retention & Growth * Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Work leads from field, retail, and pop-ups; convert via outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointments as needed. * Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue by recommending the right mix of services, including Brava Bundles and mobile, and by identifying opportunities to migrate eligible customers to FTTP. * Retention & Win-Back: Address at-risk and former customers by coordinating basic service/billing support and presenting right-fit offers, upgrades, and current promotions. Retail Operations & Customer Experience * Activation & Basic Support: Guide purchases/activations (including mobile) and assist with basic setup or minor troubleshooting as applicable. * Standards & Reporting: Support merchandising/marketing execution, follow inventory/loss-prevention practices, and complete required paperwork and opening/closing tasks. * Community Presence: Participate in pop-ups/community initiatives; represent the brand professionally and collaborate to deliver a consistent experience. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE * 2+ years customer-facing sales experience (telecom/wireless/connectivity preferred). * Retail sales experience and comfort working in the field (including door-to-door); strong time management. * Salesforce preferred (or similar CRM/POS); accurate documentation and reporting. * Able to work independently across locations and collaborate effectively with a team. * Proven ability to meet sales targets and activity metrics. * Detail-oriented; strong problem solving in order processing and issue resolution. * Clear verbal/written communication; able to explain technical products simply. * Proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams; able to learn order-entry and configuration tools. Schedule & Work Environment: Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays as needed) with local travel between retail locations, pop-up events, and door-to-door territories.
