Retail Trading Analyst We’re looking for a driven and analytical Retail Trading Analyst to play a key role in optimising our Retail Sportsbook performance. You’ll analyse betting patterns in real time and retrospectively, helping us understand customer behaviour, protect margin, and uncover opportunities to drive growth across both Retail brands. What you will do Managing customer grading — Oversee the allocation of customer grades, ensuring our retail customer base is accurately managed across both brands. Interpreting betting behaviour — Analyse Retail Bet Trackers to spot customer monitoring, grading, and performance‑enhancing opportunities. Monitoring Bet Station performance — Review GBS Bet Station Trackers, manage stake‑factoring processes, and identify insights that can improve overall shop profitability. Delivering daily trading insights — Conduct regular analysis to pinpoint performance variances at Regional, Area, Shop, and Product levels, informing timely and impactful decision‑making. Protecting trading integrity — Escalate trading breaches promptly, ensuring issues are surfaced to the right stakeholders. Collaborating across the business — Build strong relationships with trading teams and key departmental partners to support effective trading delivery. Investigating margin concerns — Work closely with Security to assess and resolve unexplained performance or margin issues. Supporting Compliance — Identify high‑staking or unusual activity that may require further investigation from a Responsible Gambling, Integrity, or Anti‑Money Laundering perspective.
