Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials, including presentations and other resources, to support retail team growth.

  • Support store teams in implementing best practices to achieve sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with hands-on exposure to store operations.
  • Proven experience in training and developing retail teams.
  • Background not limited to footwear; candidates with diverse retail experience are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for creating impactful training programs.
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
