Job Description Would you like to actively contribute to the growth and development of the competencies of the Retail Training team for one of the Max Mara Group Brands? The Retail Training Specialist supports the implementation and management of both digital and in-person training projects, which are crucial for guaranteeing product and sales excellence in our stores. What will your Responsibilities be? Actively and proactively manage the platform for the creation and implementation of online/offline courses. Support the creation of digital courses (e-learning) starting from existing materials and create visual tools and news for internal updates. Constantly update digital and physical training tools for the Retail network. Perform organizational and back-office activities in support of training sessions. Deliver classroom training. Operationally support the Induction paths for new store teams. Interact with international teams and support the preparation of materials for different cultures. Qualifications If you have… A degree in Digital Education and/or Marketing. Familiarity with Content Creation tools. Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 Level) and willingness to work in an international context.
