Are you an efficient administrator, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team!
As our Retail Van Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of MyVan, as well as leading on team engagement of the system, embedding the system and processes fully into business as usual for the relevant teams, and ensuring they follow best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • supporting the development of a community of super users to champion OpenFleet across Retail
  • delivering ad-hoc training and guidance to field and department teams
  • conducting compliance checks and supporting SLA adherence
  • administering and maintaining user access
  • updating operational manuals and supporting system implementation and testing
  • collating and sharing feedback and data to Retail Service and Transport
  • mailbox management

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with experience in retail or logistics, with strong administrative and organisational skills.

To succeed in the role, you’ll have:

  • a solid understanding of the OpenFleet system
  • knowledge of DBS administration
  • previous experience using databases
  • excellent time management skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • working knowledge of using MS office
