Financial Job Dimensions Sales Volume/Target, and Center profitabilityDegree of supervision Medium to close supervision over center operations and target achievementLevel of Authority High Authority over center management and target distribution, shared responsibility over achieving center profitabilityPurpose of the Job Manage and control of the functional and operational activities of the assigned center by maximizing sales revenue through planning and management of sales (new vehicles, services, accessories, and parts) and budgeting manpower plan to achieve assigned business targets as required by the Regional ManagementKey Accountabilities: Description • Sales Target (units’ sales, net sales) • Gross Profit, Operating Profit • Vehicle stock days • NPS ScoreKey Accountabilities: Performance Indicators • As per TargetMajor Activities • Responsible for contributing to the achievement of revenue, profit, unit sales, GDI and increase customer retention through effective management and efficient distribution plans for the center. • Direct center sales and service teams to achieve pre-determine center operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Regional Management. • Responsible for the managing of the Center Manpower forecasts and the required number of staff are hired and placed in the center to meet company productivity standards. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the associates to ensure that the centre business performances are met by taking corrective action (hiring and firing) in conjunction with the regional management, whenever required. • Responsible for managing the daily functional and operational activities of the different business departments in the centre through regular discussions to achieve smooth business operations. • Participates in regular management meeting to submit operational budget plans for the center and cascade to the departments to ensure the departments’ performance confirms to the set parameters. • Direct, manage and develop associates in the centre by providing regular feedback and updates to the regional management pertains their performance to enhance the level of associates’ engagement through meetings and dialogues. • Manage high level customer escalations or issues arising out of transactional situations by promoting Guest First philosophy to ensure overall center GDI targets are achieved. • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales and service achievements by initiating center campaigns, promoting center Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve set center targets. • Responsible for managing a talent pool of center sales and service professionals and coaching team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services through robust center marketing campaigns and sales promotion techniques, procedures and standards to achieve center sales targets and sustainable growth. • Responsible to monitor the performance of the sales and service operations within the center through enhancing and re-allocating center resources to improve overall center results. • Manage documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the centre by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to center operation. • Managing the display of cars in the showroom and identify ways to improve the showroom’s appearance to attract prospective customer by consulting regional management, customer relation and project department.Job Context • The job has direct impact over achieving Sales and Service targets • The job has direct impact over the organization profitability • The job has direct impact over customer/guest satisfaction • The job has direct impact over company market share • The job has direct impact over the brand imageFramework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority • The job holder has direct impact over assuring the sales and service targets are achieved • The job holder has the freedom in distributing targets among team • The job holder has direct impact over the center budget management • The job holder has direct impact over guest satisfactionOrganizational / Functional Strategic Focus • The job holder has to develop and monitor team performance and develop succession plan • The job has direct impact over achieving the company strategic direction in sales and service plans • The job has direct impact over assuring the center adherence to regulations and company policiesMinimum Qualifications Minimum -
