Job Description We are looking for a Retail Vertical Executive to join our team in Bulgaria, with primary focus on supporting one of our clients, one of the biggest brand in the Retail sector, while also contributing to the wider retail client portfolio. This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who is eager to grow within client service and retail consulting. The role focuses on client support, insight delivery, and execution excellence, with limited direct sales responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Support & Relationship Management Support the day-to-day management of the account ensuring high service quality and responsiveness Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders Contribute to client satisfaction and retention Support senior team members in client engagements and strategic discussions Analytics & Insights Delivery Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients Translate data into clear, structured storytelling Support the design of analyses to address client business questions Execution & Project Coordination Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of recurring and ad-hoc projects Coordinate with internal teams (operations, data science, offshore teams) Track deliverables and follow up on open client requests Support internal processes to ensure smooth project execution Consultative Support Assist in identifying insights on market trends and performance drivers Support recommendations on category, pricing, and promotional strategies Contribute to client presentations and meetings Client Enablement Support training of clients on tools and data usage Help clients better understand insights and how to use them in decision-making QUALIFICATIONS: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or analytics roles Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing environment Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools Comfortable working in a data-driven environment Fluent in Bulgarian and English Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
