Description Order Puller (Yard Associate) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays may be Required - 7:30 AM - Noon Location: Indian Orchard, MA Pay: Based on experience and required licenses About the Role Koopman Lumber is hiring an experienced, reliable, hands-on Order Puller to support yard operations and ensure customer orders are pulled accurately and on time. This is a physical, fast-paced role working with lumber and building materials. Requirements What You Bring • Working knowledge of lumber and building materials (required) • Yard, warehouse, or building materials experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and work ethic • Willingness to learn and take direction Preferred Qualifications • Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified) Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance) • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, lifting, moving materials)
Responsibilities
The Order Puller is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and loading customer orders while maintaining a clean and safe yard environment. They will also assist customers and drivers with material handling and operate yard equipment as needed.
