REQUIREMENTS:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a retail or food service setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Solid time management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with basic financial procedures (cash handling, stock control)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (basic level)
• Certifications: Food Safe Level 1 and First Aid Level 1
• Completion (or willingness to complete) Breaducate training modules
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to operational demands
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
