Job Description: Retention Executive – du Telecom
As one of Du’s channel partners for SME/Corporate business, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and reducing customer churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to retain high-value customers.
  • Analyze customer data to identify at-risk customers and develop personalized retention plans.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored retention offers and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on retention metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent customer service standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, retention, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer retention targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
