Overview of the role
The Retention Manager will be part of our existing Retention team. The Retention team is responsible for managing and growing revenue from a high number of corporate clients by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality FX (foreign exchange) products and payment services. The focus of this role will be a ‘player-manager’ with responsibilities that include both an individual origination target, as well as a pod-team target, and supporting the Head of Retention in effectively running the team and hitting revenue targets in a collaborative, compliant and sustainable manner. The Retention Manager role will be central in effectively running the team, in ensuring revenue targets are hit, activity and quality control monitoring, training & development.
