Responsibilities

Are you passionate about making a difference and helping others live the life they choose? At Guide Dogs, we’re on a mission to support people with sight loss, and you can be part of that journey.
We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Executive, known at Guide Dogs as Committed Giving Campaign Executive (Retention), to help drive the success of our supporter development campaigns.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our Committed Giving retention campaigns, managing them across a variety of marketing channels including direct mail, digital and social media, email, and telemarketing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include measuring campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and putting your insights into action to drive results.
You’ll be hands-on with campaign planning and execution, from writing content briefs and coordinating with internal and external suppliers, to managing budgets and ensuring campaigns meet internal approval processes. You’ll oversee invoicing and purchase orders, maintain accurate records for future analysis, and deliver post-campaign evaluations that help us continually improve.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with our Digital Team and external agencies to ensure each campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and stays fully compliant. You’ll also partner with colleagues across Guide Dogs to ensure a smooth rollout of activities and promote the team’s impact internally.
If you’re detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career while making a real difference.
No two people with sight loss are the same, and none of our people are either. So, we are proud to offer a range of person-centred benefits that can support each member of staff in ways that really mean something to them – and show them how much they mean to us. We offer a flexible benefits package, discounts and cashback scheme, a generous holiday allowance and matched contributory pension scheme to care for our people.
We value in-person collaboration with our teams and those we support, so the ability to travel to our sites is needed for this role. We support hybrid working arrangements, so you have flexibility to work in a way that’s best for you.
This role will be based on site at our Reading Hub, working closely with the Marketing team 2 days per week, the remaining days can be worked from home. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
