JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Client Retention Officer to join our growing team in the online trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, improving user retention, and maximizing client lifetime value across Forex, Commodities, and US Market CFDs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex or CFD trading platforms (retention, client success, or account management).
• Strong understanding of financial markets—especially Forex, Commodities, and CFDs linked to the US market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM and sales funnel experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with active and inactive traders.
• Promote platform features, tools, and trading opportunities to existing clients.
• Analyze trading behavior and proactively reach out to at-risk clients.
• Work closely with sales and support teams to enhance the client journey.
• Conduct follow-ups, resolve issues, and provide trading-related guidance.
• Report on retention KPIs and recommend improvements.
