The Dutch Retention Sales Manager is responsible for managing the existing customer base, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their Trend Micro solutions while maintaining and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This role involves proactive customer engagement, managing escalations, driving retention rates, and achieving renewal revenue targets. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, account managers, and channel partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful customer retention.
