Then this is for you! Job Description Our Retention Specialist plays a vital role in the marketing department. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing our direct marketing campaigns, including targeted email and SMS advertising, digital engagement content, promotions, and mobile-app messaging. You will also assist with managing content and its placement. Here is what you will be doing: Assist with driving the direct marketing strategy across SMS, email, and other digital marketing platforms Set up, test, execute, and report on marketing campaigns and promotions across various platforms. Configure and distribute landing pages Brief in designers and copywriters timeously and review their work Manage timelines and schedules for external communications Research, evaluate, segment, and pull list selections for targeted and mass mailings from the gaming system Conduct competitor analysis of direct marketing campaigns Update content on client facing websites via back-office tools Configuration and testing of promotions and campaigns Managing the ongoing relationship with our existing advertising partners. Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliates and campaigns, offering guidance and strategies to maximize revenue and performance. Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing them with promotional materials, updates, and support. Track and report on affiliate performance Manage affiliate commission structures, bonuses, and incentives Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 Prior experience in iGaming/casino industry 3+ years in a technical marketing position Excellent communication and writing skills Great organizational skills Proven track record of success working both independently and within teams Advanced MS Office skills Experience with bulk mailing programs (Everlytics, Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc) Basic HTML skills Additional Information Why Join Us?
