Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact existing customers to understand their current situation and address any reasons for cancellation
• Retain clients by offering tailored, compliant solutions to meet their changing needs
• Deliver excellent service through open, professional and empathetic communication
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to FCA compliance standards
• Work to performance and quality targets
