LTK Consultants Ltd is a leading Automotive Consultancy company specialising in multiple digital online platforms within industry leading manufacturers. As an outsourced business, high standards of delivery are imperative in order to keep our clients and customers satisfied. We represent well known quality brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall and Fiat.

Opening hours:
Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm/8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday (1 in 4) 8:30am – 12:30pm

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Inbound and outbound calls, scheduling customers in for their MOT, Services and Recalls on vehicles
- Upselling additional products to benefit the customer vehicle where needed
- Providing outstanding customer service and answering any queries regarding vehicle issues
- Inputting customers details accurately and scheduling time slots for appointments in the dealerships using CRM Systems
- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets to ensure a monthly bonus
TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITHIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO:
