Job Details Level: Senior Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Health Care Horizon Eye Care is seeking a fellowship-trained medical and surgical Retina Specialist to join our well-established, high-volume, multi-specialty practice in the summer of 2026. This position will join five existing Retina Specialists. Our practices have state-of-the-art equipment including Cirrus OCT and Pascal Laser. Horizon surgeons primarily operate at a hospital ASC that is fully equipped for advanced vitreo-retinal surgery. The ideal candidate will have a focus on excellent outcomes, sound clinical judgement, ethical decision-making, strong interpersonal and communication skills and motivation to contribute to the growth of our practice. The position includes competitive compensation, partnership track, full benefit offering including a 401(k) retirement savings plan, $2,000 annual education allowance for the first two years, professional liability insurance and long term disability insurance. Relocation assistance is negotiable. Horizon Eye Care’s group consists of 22 MDs and 3 ODs located in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area.
