POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Retirement Plan Document Specialist to join our Documents team. This role involves preparing and reviewing plan documents, amendments, notices, and forms, as well as handling plan terminations and maintaining electronic files. The Document Specialist will work closely with the team to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys detail-oriented work in a collaborative, professional environment.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our team and clients, preference will be given to those in the Los Angeles area and able to work on a hybrid schedule.
