  • Working technical knowledge and understanding of the retirement plan rules and regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, and in a team environment
  • Expertise in collaborating and consulting with project teams and internal partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Strategize marketing based on assessment of results-based environment and new opportunities for Retirement product implementation and enhancements
  • Review and analyze development of new retirement products and product lines
  • Provide support for product life cycle management
  • Review Retirement Products, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
  • Perform Control and business activities to manage risks aligned to retirement products
  • Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
  • Develop, implement and maintain products, services and marketing programs
  • Adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties
