We provide: Salary: Retirement Planner (2–4 years of client selling experience) - $150,000, increasing to $175,000 in Year 2 Senior Retirement Planner (5+ years of client selling experience) - $175,000, increasing to $200,000 in Year 2 Salaries are ongoing and do not cease. Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to convert pre-qualified leads, provided by the company through various channels, into clients by leveraging internal resources like attorneys and CPAs. Additionally, the planner must provide excellent customer service to existing clients and remain committed to the company's sales systems and training.
