We are seeking a warm, proactive, and organised Concierge to join our team at either Pozières Retirement Village or Le Hamel Retirement Village , both based in Port Macquarie.

THESE TWO ROLES ARE PERMANENT PART TIME CONTRACT: 16 HOURS PER WEEK - DAYS/TIMES FLEXIBLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

In this rewarding front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and service providers€”offering a welcoming, helpful presence while coordinating a range of village activities and services designed to make life easier and more enjoyable for our residents.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Enhancing resident experience by supporting lifestyle programs, coordinating activities and events, and managing monthly newsletters
• Providing IT support and concierge services, including resident assistance, welfare checks, contractor check-ins, and responding to general requests
• Organising and running veteran-focused programs such as morning teas, lunches, and guest speaker sessions
• Managing communications including resident letters, program updates, and community meeting minutes
• Maintaining village presentation, overseeing reception/lobby cleanliness, and managing parcel and mail deliveries
• Facilitating transport, meal deliveries, and access to services like hairdressing and home care
• Supporting resident move-ins with welcome tours, access cards, and concierge onboarding
