The purpose of this position is to coordinate the daily running of the retirement village. The Retirement Village Coordinator ensures the provision of a high level of care and services for the residents.
We are seeking a Village Coordinator for our Retirement Village in Weeroona. This is a permanent part time position with on-call requirements. On-call allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the effective maintenance of all resident services.
  • Assists with resident budget meeting
  • Assists with resident annual management meeting and quarterly resident meeting
  • Assists with resident complaints
  • Assists with billing enquiries
  • Assisting with resident BBQ and lifestyle activities
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required Maintenance and replacement of Village assets and any tasks that are required from the Retirement Living Team
  • Responsible for ensuring that all assets are maintained
  • Assists with maintenance requests and coordinates contractors
  • To meet Workplace Health and Safety obligations in line with TSA policy & procedures and relevant legislation.
