RETREAT COORDINATOR & MEDIA LEAD

Type: Project-based | Paid | On-site (Nova Scotia, Canada)
Rate: $30–$40/hour, ~8 hours/day, 3 days/week (project-based schedule)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years in event coordination or hospitality
• Comfortable with smartphone filming and basic editing tools
• Good sense of visual storytelling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Social media management experience
• Content creation or marketing background

• Coordinate retreat logistics and daily flow
• Support coaches and participants during the program
• Capture short videos/photos for social media using a phone or camera
• Create quick, engaging clips for Instagram/Facebook (basic editing)
