Description Retro Solar Scheduler Location: Sacramento, CA Reports To: Retro Solar Project Manager Position Summary The Retro Solar Scheduler is responsible for coordinating inspections and service appointments for homeowners, maintaining accurate scheduling records, and supporting project completion through timely communication and administrative follow-through. This role also assists the Operations team with last-minute project changes and ensures required documentation and materials are properly managed. Key Responsibilities Schedule inspections and service appointments for homeowners Manage calendars and ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated Upload closeout documents and photos while keeping the CRM updated Procure required labels and placards for solar and battery equipment Support the Operations team with urgent project changes to help prevent delays in project completion Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in solar and/or general construction preferred Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong ability to adapt to changing needs Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting Reliable and punctual with appointments and deadlines Strong computer proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefits Citadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package based on factors such as the role, relevant industry background, and experience.
