Those who are already qualified to DEA and Retrofit Assessor level would be advantageous, however for the right candidate we are happy to fund and support the individual through the qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting domestic properties around the North West.
- Observing and recording survey details in domestic properties
- Engaging with customers to ensure full understanding of the project and potential duration.
- Gain an understanding of construction techniques which would be required to install the energy efficiency measures.
- Studying to obtain a Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor qualification if not already qualified.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience or understanding of the retrofit, energy or construction sectors would be advantageous.
- Computer literacy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driver’s license
A basic DBS certificate will be required if a position is offered.

Those working in the following areas may excel:

  • Estate agency/Property Management
  • Engineering or surveying
  • Construction
  • Energy/Utilities

However, if you believe you possess strong analytical thinking skills and a thirst for learning, we encourage you to apply even without this experience.
Surveys will involve visiting domestic homes, so you must be comfortable communicating and engaging in conversation with customers.
If you are interested in joining a company that values its employees and its customers, you can enjoy a competitive remuneration package and long-term career prospects, including:
- Permanent full-time position
- Salary rising upon successful completion of training
- Access to pool car

Required qualifications include:

  • GCSE or equivalent education
