Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the hands-on assembly, testing, and handling of electrical and mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Accountabilities Production & Assembly: Perform manufacturing, production, and testing tasks as planned by the MRP, ensuring all tasks meet assigned time and quality standards. Equipment Oversight: Set up and operate production equipment, including robots, workstations, test benches, and inspection tools. Inventory & Logistics: Safely handle and store raw materials and finished goods; pack products securely for shipment. Quality Control: Monitor production processes, conduct basic testing/quality checks, and immediately alert Team Leaders of any process drifts or quality issues. Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform routine maintenance on production equipment. Compliance: Strictly adhere to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) rules and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols for electronic device handling. Documentation: Accurately identify parts and complete tally sheets within the MRP tool as required. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, specifically working with electronics, electrical, or mechanical devices. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MRP systems and production machinery. Language: Proficiency in the local language is required. Competencies & Skills Technical Mindset: Strong understanding of manufacturing effectiveness and quality focus. Collaboration: A team player who communicates with transparency and works well with others. Precision: Ability to follow complex operating instructions and method processes with high attention to detail.
