JOB INTRODUCTION

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Retrofit Project Manager, to join the SWNZH team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:

  • Developing effective project plans and delivery structures to support social housing decarbonisation across the region.
  • Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of the Government’s Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHF3), maintaining robust governance, financial controls, and reporting.
  • Completing reports and supporting procurement, mobilisation and delivery assurance tasks that help decarbonise thousands of social homes across the South West
  • Providing clear and responsive communication to consortium partners, government departments (including the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero), and other key stakeholders.
