As a Return to Work Coordinator, you will pro-actively and effectively provide support to the management of internal worker’s compensation claims across multiple schemes. This will be a full time, 12 month contract position based in our Sydney, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and implement Return to Work strategies regularly within timeframes to achieve the optimum outcome and minimisation of claim costs. Manage and prioritise a portfolio of internal Workers Compensation claims Establish and maintain effective relationships with injured workers, employers and third party service providers, including phone and face to face communication Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions. Ensure claims files and other files are accurately and professionally updated on a regular basis.
