Title: Returned Good Processor Shift: Mon.-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Onsite Chino, CA About the Role: The Return Goods Processor is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing returned BBQ grills, parts, and accessories to ensure accurate disposition, inventory integrity, and timely resolution. What You’ll Do: Receive, inspect, and process returned grills, parts, and accessories in accordance with company policies. Assess product condition and determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, scrap, or return to vendor). Accurately document return reasons, inspection findings, and disposition in the inventory management system. Identify damaged, defective, or missing components and escalate quality concerns as needed. Maintain organized return areas and ensure accurate inventory counts. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standards, particularly for large or heavy products. Assist with light-duty handyman or facility maintenance tasks based on business needs. Step in to support the warehouse on various projects and operational needs as needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, returns processing, or inventory control preferred. Experience handling consumer products, appliances, or large goods preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Collaborative team player who is willing to raise their hand, ask questions, and proactively support the team. Clear communicator with a positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach.
