Warehouse Lead / Merchandise Returns Coordinator Position: Returns Coordinator/ Warehouse Lead Department: Merchandise Returns - Audit Job Summary: We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual to join our Team to supervise the returns process. Scan returns and print return labels. Ability to address and communicate concerns with 3rd party delivery personnel. Maintain a clean, organized facility. Manage daily return reports to maintain product control. Support other areas of the warehouse as needed. Supports load-out each night for all trucks. The successful candidates will have: Computer software skills Ability to operate warehouse equipment. Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time Ability to lift more than 80-100 lbs. frequently Ability to count accurately Support 7-10 trucks daily Company Screening: Must successfully complete pre-employment testing / background / drug screening / physical exam. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen. Standing and walking. 75-100 % Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling. 75-100 % Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing. 0-24 % Lift in excess of 80+ pounds. 0-24 % Benefits include Part Time Biweekly Direct Deposit The expected starting pay range for this position is $18.83 - $25.10 per hour.
