Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Returns/Facility Coordinator to manage day-to-day inventory operations, oversee product returns, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. This unique hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of varied responsibilities across inventory control, customer service, and building upkeep. The Facilities coordinator will work closely with various departments providing a safe, organized work environment for employees and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: THIS LIST IS NOT INTENDED TO BE EXHAUSTIVE AND MAY BE SUPPLEMENTED AS RESPONSIBILITIES EVOLVE.

Returns:

  • Process returned merchandise from customers in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate restocking or disposal of returned products.
  • Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve return issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns for reporting and analysis.
  • Inspect returned items for damage, defects, or missing parts.

Building Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting and equipment upkeep.
  • Monitor building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and report issues requiring professional repair to Ops manager.
  • Ensure all workspaces, restrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and functional.
  • Restock facility supplies (cleaning products, maintenance tools, etc.).
  • Assist with office or facility rearrangement and improvement projects.

Inventory:

  • Label and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Track inventory movement, ensuring proper stock records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
