Description Returns Processor - Full Time Position Title: Returns Processor Department: Order Fulfillment Reports To: Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Supervisor Job Summary: The Returns Processor is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all returned merchandise. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail in processing refunds, managing inventory updates, and facilitating the restocking of returned items. Responsibilities: Customer Returns Management: Manage the returns desk, greeting customers and assisting them with their returns. Educating customers on BuyWander’s returns policies. Gathering information about the returned items. Correctly processing returns and refunds in BuyWander’s system. Restocking and Inventory Processing: Inspect returns to verify their condition. Process returns according to their condition. Restock the warehouse shelves for “Changed Mind” items, ensuring the new location is scanned and updated. Requirements Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management. · Excellent track record of customer service and professional communication. · Comfortable using computers and various software programs · Problem solving skills to handle customer inquiries and return issues. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. · Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks. Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. · Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. · Ability to bend, stoop, and reach. · Position requires seeing, hearing, use of hands and fingers, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities. · Must be able to communicate with others including talking, hearing, and listening and exchanging communication. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. · Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
